Cancellation Policy
- There is a 24 hour cancellation policy -
- Appointments cancelled outside of the allotted 24 hour window will be charged 50% of the service total -
- No shows are subject to paying 100% of the service total -
- Arriving 15+ minutes after scheduled start time will be cancelled and will be considered a last minute cancellation -
